The Washington County Appraisal District has recently implemented a new software system. This new system uses a different Property ID than was used in the past.  

The older Property ID started with a letter;  'R' for real property, 'M' for mobile homes, 'P' for personal property, 'N' for mineral accounts and a few others.  With the new system, the letter is no longer used and all that needs to be entered is the number itself.  Example:  instead of R64782, only enter 64782
